Charlotte Zachary Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Zachary of Warsaw, Indiana, who passed away on May 11, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slazas and Iva Slazas (Hickman); her stepmother Inez Slazas; and her brother Raymond Slazas. She is survived by: her husband James "Kevin" Zachary; her children, Lisa Harp (Bob Jackson) of Caledonia, MI, Dan Zachary (Cindy Waddle) of Warsaw and Cathy May (Hal) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Ryan Harp (Brittany), Ellie Harp (Brandon Sensibaugh), Jim Zachary, Tom Zachary (Jenni Miller), Mike Zachary, Katy Boren (Ben), Emily May (Brad Potulney) and Jack May; her brother John Slazas; and also, Haley, Johnny, Gracie, Genevieve, Sully and Joey. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
