She was predeceased by: her mother Edith Allyn Whitmyer; her husband William John Emerick, Jr.; and her son Robert Emerick. She is survived by: her daughter Dana McAfee of Warsaw, IN; and her grandchildren, Courtney Emerick (Jack) of Cleveland, OH and Christian (Emily).
