He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Slone and Julie Slone (Haywood); and his great grandchild Maggie. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Slone; his son Carl Slone Jr. (Geneva); and his siblings, Edith Stumbo, Prestonsburg, Ethel Harmon, Ruby Krebs (Richard), Kenton Slone (Bonnie), Wendell Slone (Brenda) and Adam Slone. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
