He was predeceased by: his father Donald R. Howard; his mother-in-law Judy Dawalt; and his nephew Austin Grindle. He is survived by: his wife Dara Howard; his son Deacon H. Howard; his mother Linda Fuller; his stepparents, Brian Fuller and Ann M. Howard; his siblings, Alex Fuller and Heather Sand (Brian); his father-in-law Jerry Dawalt; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Kidder (Ken), Angela Reed (Doug) and Jody Yeazel; and his child Barnhill Drive.
Memorial donations may be directed to Riley Hospital for Children, 702 Barnhill Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202; or to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 to go towards his funeral expenses.
