She is survived by: her husband Jack Worth; her children, Elle Worth of Carmel and Jack Worth II (Frances) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Quentin Worth and Sarah Worth; and her sisters, Juanita Potter of Chicago and Dolores Sturgis of Warsaw.
