She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Marguerite Stackhouse (Austin) and O. Paul Stackhouse; her daughter Paula Blyth; her grandson Lance David Smith; and her brother Dr. Keith L. Stackhouse.
She is survived by: her daughters, Meri (Fred), Jessup of Benbrook, TX, Melana (David) and Smith of Rochester, IN. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
