She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Harmon and Haley Harmon (Meade); her husband Donald Frazier; and her siblings, James Harmon, Sylvia Whitaker, Julia Baldridge, Ella Rose Harmon, Wanda Cox, Helen Korb, Edna Baldridge, Ann Holdren, Pauline Galliver and Juanita Condinho.
She is survived by: her son Corbett Frazier (Vicki) of Warsaw; her grandsons, Eric Frazier, Dennis Frazier (Trish) and Matt Zartman; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Frazier, Donovan Frazier, Kayden Frazier, Landon Frazier, Arieana Frazier, Emmalee Stambaugh, Chase Zartman and Kaythan Frazier; and her brothers, Thomas Harmon and Larry Harmon (Deb).
