She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Rose (Reed) and John Russell Rose; her husband Myron Dean Blackford; her grandchildren, Russell B. Blackford, Jr. and Tara L. Miller; and her great grandchild Riley Blackford.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Blackford (Amber), Myra Kimball, Rhonda Cox and Kelly Walker (David); and her sister Betty Leek. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
