He was predeceased by: his father Freddie Horn. He is survived by: his mother Linda Kay Horn Wolfe (Smythe) of Warsaw, IN; his sons, Drew Horn (Ashley) of Warsaw, IN, Alex Horn (Lanie) of New Paris, IN and Payne Horn; and his grandchildren, Parker, Kalli, Ross and Olivia.
