He is survived by: his brother Harry J. Couch (Melinda) of Tipp City; his nieces and nephews, William Couch (Angela), Robert Couch (Elizabeth), Tresa Patz (Steve) and Bryan Couch; his grandchildren, Travis Couch (Rose), Bruce Couch, Candice Cox (Brandon), Brandon Couch, Ross Patz (Holly), Kyle Couch (Mariah), Kendra Couch and Stephanie Wildeman (Casey); and his great grandchildren, Quentin, Autumn, Jayden, Amberlynn, Asuna, Callie Jo, Grayson and Leyland.
