He is survived by: his significant other Jane Jones (Stahl) of Warren, IN; his children, Tiffany Phillips (Scott) of Angola, IN and Tyson Schaefer (Tania) of Angola, IN; his grandchildren, Katie Phillips of Angola, IN, Abbii Phillips of Angola, IN, Samuel Carpenter of Muncie, IN and Marshall Carpenter of Muncie, IN; his significant other's daughters, Ashley Jones of Anderson, IN and Lauren Jones of Daleville, IN; his sister Shelly Price (Randy) of Bryan, OH; his sister-in-law Lynne Schaefer; and his nephews, Brayden Schaefer and Nate Price (Meagan).
