He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rough and Florence Rough (Gonser); and his brother John William Rough. He is survived by: his wife Janet Rough of Warren; his children, Thomas Rough (Lisa) of Cave Creek, AZ and Elizabeth Crispen (Rodney) of Yorktown, VA; his grandchildren, Nicola Minton (Markus), Livia Crispen and Ian Crispen; and his siblings, Harry Rough (Dee) of Niles, MI, Ilah Hebner (Sam) of Plymouth, IN and Lois Hendricks (Mark) of Denton, TX..
Due to Covid-19, a private family service will be held.
