He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Brodbeck and Thelma Brodbeck (Sampson); his brother William (Bill); his son-in-law Steven Votaw; and his grandson-in-law Nathan Jaskowiak.
He is survived by: his former wife Anna Chivington; his wife Catherine Douglas (Cathy); his children, Tom (Karen), Tim (Kathy) of Wentzville, MO. and Julie of Columbus, OH.; his sister Nancy McCreedy (Dick) of Niles, MI.; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Brodbeck of Swanton, OH., Barbara Thompson (Ken) of Huntington, IN. and Paul Douglas of Warren, IN.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
