He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Shake and Zella Shake (Lawyer); his brothers, Fred Shake and Don Shake (Alma Fern Shake); and his son Terry Shake.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Shake; his children, Anthony W. Smith, Nikki L. Jones (David), Cynthea A. Hauck (Thomas), Jennifer Carter (Robert), Jimmy Asher, Tim Shake, Tami Arreguin and Chad Shake; and his stepchildren, Gwen Peters, Jeff Jester (Teresa), Mondi Hill (Joe), Carrie Hill (Jeffery) and Mike Ford (Kama). He is also survived by grandkids and great grandkids.
