He is survived by: his parents, Janet K. Payne (Rick) of Attica, IN and Donald W. Merriman (Cheryl) of Williamsport, IN; his children, Eli Merriman (Sarah Emrick) of Attica, IN and Macie Kerst-Merriman (Logan Cunningham) of Great Falls, MT; his brother Roy Merriman (Mindy) of West Lafayette, IN; and his stepsiblings, Jody Brooks (Theresa), Lori Williams (Scott), Kiley Gaffaney (Michael) and Many.
