He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Heaston and Darlene Heaston (Brumbaugh); and his sisters, Ruth Reed and Marjorie Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Wiladene E. Heaston (McIlrath); his children, James R. Heaston, Peggy D. Smith and Bonnie Boxell of Fort Wayne, IN; and his grandchildren, Stacy Rice of Huntington, IN, Tyler Heaston and Jasmine Beekman. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Step Great Grandchild.
