He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Folk and Esther C. Folk (Bower); his wife Janet Sue Hensley; and his brother John William Folk. He is survived by: his children, John C. Folk (Sherry) of Bluffton, IN, Richard W. Folk (Julie) of Covington, TN and Linda S. Black (David) of Oxford, IN; his sister Nancy C. Petry of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Tyson Black, Alyssa Hiller (Jimmy), Justin Folk (Anna Claire), Andrea Folk, Rachel Laws (Todd), Brittany Folk and Matt Folk; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Folk, James Hiller, Hattie Hiller, Lydia Laws and Lukas Laws.
