He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Groves and Mabel Groves (Matthais); his wife Reba L. Groves (Haley); and his sister Vida Myers (Doyle). He is survived by: his children, Jay R. Groves (Gloria) of Worthington, IN, Jann M. Stolt (Craig) and Joel R. Groves (Beth) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
