He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Bonham and Hattie Bonham (Schiling); his wife Cynthia Wiley; his brother Paul Bonham; and his nephew Brian J. Myers.
He is survived by: his daughter Rose Ann Carroll of Huntington, IN; his daughter-in-law Lana Myers of Warren, IN; his grandchildren, Amy Vance, Leslie Snively of Glenview, IL, Lindsey Rose Blinn of Warren, IN, Haley Leon of North Manchester, IN, Wesley Carroll of Columbia City, IN and Kelsey Ann Hayes; his great grandchildren, Mahria Vance Green, Elijah Vance, Kate Snively, Sam Snively, Brooklyn Blinn, Carter Blinn, Reid Blinn, Mia Leon, Bracken Carroll and Briggs Carroll; his great great grandchild Forrest Green; and his sister Carolyn Grigsby of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
