He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Holzheuer and Blanche Holzheuer (Goins); his daughter Patty Ann Holzheuer; and his sister Virginia Hazel Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Holzheuer of Warren, IN; his children, Terry Lee Holzheuer (Connie) of Huntington, IN, Rae Jean Corle (Curt) of Bluffton, IN and Karla Ralston (Vern) of Warren, IN; and his grandchildren, Robert Holzheuer, James Holzheuer, Lauren Urschel, Candace Beatty, Rachel Quillen, Kristen Bosworth, Hillary Chaney, Quentin Ralston and Collins Ralston. He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
