He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Bill" Windsor and Wilma Mae Windsor (Schrader); and his siblings, W. Jay Windsor and Kay Windsor. He is survived by: his brother Bruce Windsor of Wabash, Indiana. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
