We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2022, at the age of 96, Phylis Hubartt of Warren, Indiana, born in Huntington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ivan Hacker and Naomi Mary Hacker (Deemer); her former husband Leonard Grant Hubartt; her husband Carl Z. Hubartt; her stepson Dennis Hubartt; and her sister Melba Schwob.
She is survived by: her sons, Gail Hubartt (Sharon) of Springfield, MO, Gary Hubartt (Cindy) of Scottsdale, AZ and Stephen Hubartt (Sue) of Frostproof, FL; her stepson Kerry Hubartt of Leo, IN; and her sister Carol Snyder of La Fontaine, IN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
