She is survived by: her husband Cody Scalf of Warren, IN; her children, Dylan Scalf of Warren, IN, Mason Scalf of Warren, IN and Brooklyn Scalf of Warren, IN; her mother Michele Sands of Marion, IN; her mother-in-law Kathy Martin of Warren, IN; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Scalf of Warren, IN and Amber Wine of Huntington, IN. She is also survived by several Brothers, Sisters, Nieces & Nephews.
