She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Finley Hunt and Mary Edith Hunt (Jessup); her husband Virgil R. Oxley; her children, Keith L. Oxley and Karen L. Oxley; her sister Rachel Beigler; and her stepsister Marjorie Keesling.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin L. Oxley (Eileen) of Huntington and Kent L. Oxley (Jody) of Glen Ellyn, Illinois; her grandchildren, Michelle Kathrins (Brad) of Glendale, Andrea K. Douglass (Charles) of Huntington, Heather Oxley Lott (Gary) of Surprise, Aaron Oxley (Rayann) of Las Vegas, Sarah Lowry (Justin) of Edwardsville and Matthew Oxley of Madison, Wisconsin; her nephew John Hunt (Rita); and her niece Phyllis Battice (John). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and several other nieces and nephews.
