He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hershel and Hazel Roberta Moore (Tewell); his siblings, Jean A. Moore, Francis A., Thomas L. and Kenneth A. Moore; and his parents-in-law, Denver and Permelia Offutt.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Faye (Offutt); his sons, Michael Dean Moore of Poneto, Mark Daniel Moore (Heather) of Warren and Matthew David Moore (Carrie) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Wesley, William, Brooklyn, Bailee of Poneto, Koltan, Kenja, Kaine of Bluffton, Cameron and Caden of Warren; his brother Joe Moore; his sisters-in-law, Sherry Moore of Columbus, OH and Eva Siddens of Mt. Zion, IN; and his parents-in-law, Jerry, Janice Harpool of Strasburg, VA, Gary, Barbara Wycuff of Westerville, OH, James and Bernice Kiser of Hinckley, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews and numerous other relatives.
