He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Deck and Mary Louise Gee (Black). He is survived by: his daughter Tina Mullins (Jason); his brothers, Mark Gee (Dayna) of Williamsport and Bryan Gee (Katherine) of Williamsport; and his grandchildren, Sally, Jacy, Jayne and Andigail Mullins.
