She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Parker and Nellie Mae Parker (Kohr); her husband Hugh Allen Shafer; her daughter Kimberly Anne Shafer; her siblings, Russell Thomas Parker, Lucille Mae Todd, Earl Ephraim Parker and James Richard Parker; and her great grandchild Ty Allen Green.
She is survived by: her children, Kandace Ann Villanueva of Warren, Heidi Ann Vandersloot (Wade) of Midland, TX. and David Allen Shafer (Dawn) of Midland, TX.; and her sister-in-law Mary Martha Good Shafer of Huntington.
