He is survived by: his wife Karen Embree of Warren, IN; his children, Jeffrey Embree (Tammy) of Butler, IN and Amy Hershey (Christopher) of Indianapolis, IN; and his sisters, Beverly Grotrian of Fort Wayne, IN, Shelia Aul of Warren, IN and Karen Reber of Huntington, IN.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
