He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tetrick and Garnet Tetrick; and his sister Lieu Anna Morrow (Tetrick). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tetrick (Ferguson); his children, Matthew Tetrick (Kimberly), Mark Tetrick (Lauren), Becki Moos (Adam) and Paul Francis (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Claire, Henry, Lillian, William and Fiona Tetrick; and his sisters, Deborah Freeman (Tetrick) and Cindy Tetrick.
