He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Boris Zigl and Maria Zigl (Firczuk); his wife Carol Lynn Zigl (Burnham); his daughter Maria Zigl; his sister Lydia Van Atta (Ron); his niece Nicole Van Atta; his nephews, Steven Van Atta (Mellisa) and Craig Van Atta (Nicole Marie); his great-nieces, Abby, Emma and Layna Marie Van Atta; and his cousins, Lida Hajdochuk and Luba Firchuk. He was also cherished by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preferred memorials may be made in Jerry's memory to St. Mary Catholic Church in Huntington.
