He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Pinkerton and Christina Pinkerton (Thompson); and his siblings, Gene Pinkerton, Ronnie Pinkerton and Janice Williams.
He is survived by: his friend Mona Stanley; his children, James Michael Pinkerton of Rochester, IN, Daniel Pinkerton (Regina) of Warren, IN, Joe Pinkerton (Debbie) of Huntington, IN and Julia Hoffman (Hal) of Huntington, IN; and his sister Connie Bowers of Huntington, IN.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
