He was predeceased by: his wife Willadene Markley; his parents, Grover and Edna; his son Scott Edward; his daughter-in-law Connie Poulson; and his siblings, Everett, Ralph, Harold, William, Lois Elzroth, Margaret Knight, Freda Finley and Mildred Gilbert.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Poulson of Bluffton and Gary Poulson of Liberty Center; his siblings, Hazel Ruth Brooks of Warren, Robert of Liberty Center and Daniel of Warren; and his brothers-in-law, Darwin Markley, David Markley (Kathy) and Jerome Markley (Jill).
