He is survived by: his wife Susan White; his children, Kim Hullinger (Mark) and Tony Fries; his stepchildren, Garrett Colby (Libbie), Ryan Colby (Jeris) and Kim Mackessey (Bob); and his siblings, Jerry White (Marsha) and Penny Harris (Chet). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
