She is survived by: her children, Eddie Purcell (Heather), Travis Purcell (Odesa), Jacquelene Adwell (Brad) and Matlean Radford (Cody); her stepchildren, Travis Copas, Tommie, Joshua Purcell (Crystal), Williamsport and Amber Kleptz (Kyle); her brothers, David Mullins (Michelle) of Corinth, KY, Ronnie Mullins (Anna Lou) of Fairborn, OH, Dennis Mullins (Cindy) of Huntsville, AL and Danny Mullins (Brenda); her grandchildren, McKenzy, Nadia, McCoy Adwell, Kaleb, Hunter, Wyatt, Ailea, Kember, Drew Purcell, Alexis, Aaden, Josiah and James Radford; and her stepgrandchildren, Gage Copas, Maverick, Ruger, Knox Kleptz, Mya, Jamie, Josh Purcell, Destin McLellen, T. J., Lilly Purcell, Joseph, Madison Buchanan and Annabelle. She is also survived by five sisters.
