He was predeceased by: his father Lester Kellogg; his son David Kellogg; his siblings, Gene Kellogg and Elizabeth "Betsy" Swafford; his mother Ethel Maxine Kellogg; his wife Dorothy Kellogg; and his grandson Adam Foster.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara S. Platt; his children, Sonya Foster, Carlene Korber, Joi Jimison (Brad) of Elkhart, Amy Reimschisel (David) of Leo, Jill Mohan (Patrick) of Elkhart and Mark Scher (Kris) of Mishawaka; and his sister Linda Schuller of Gas City.
