With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David J. Smitley (Warren, Indiana), born in Lafayette, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David left this world on September 16, 2024 at the age of 68, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith J. Smitley and Alice Marie Smitley (Poling). He is survived by: his wife Debb Smitley of Warren, IN; his daughters, Tina Cowan (Chris) of Indianapolis, IN and Kim Nowaczewski (Phil) of South Bend, IN; his granddaughters, Lexi, Kaelyn and Adi; and his siblings, Phil Smitley (Madge), Beverly Smitley, Janice Wentzel (Gary) and Eunice Urbin (Ned).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Solid Rock Church (485 Bennett Dr, Warren, IN 46792). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
