With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David J. Smitley (Warren, Indiana), born in Lafayette, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith J. Smitley and Alice Marie Smitley (Poling). He is survived by: his wife Debb Smitley of Warren, IN; his daughters, Tina Cowan (Chris) of Indianapolis, IN and Kim Nowaczewski (Phil) of South Bend, IN; his granddaughters, Lexi, Kaelyn and Adi; and his siblings, Phil Smitley (Madge), Beverly Smitley, Janice Wentzel (Gary) and Eunice Urbin (Ned).
