He is survived by: his former wife Angela "Angie" Bowman; his wife Angela Menkis of Warren, IN; his brother Benjamin Menkis (Chantel) of Long Island, NY; his children, Jimmy, Erin and Heather; his aunt Gilda; his uncle Michael Siegel; and his cousins, Lisa and Donna.
