He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Highley and Opal Highley (Shelton). He is survived by: his wife Alta Highley of Warren, IN; his children, Terry Highley, Nancy Keller (Greg) and Larry Highley (Janis) of Warren, IN; his grandchildren, Chad Highley (Kari), Justine Gates (Ralph), Aaron Highley (Annalise), Garrett Keller and Brian Highley (Jessica); and his sister Agatha Miller of Warren. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
