Cameron (Denise) and Vicki Roush (Gene) of Warren, IN; his brother-in-law Mark Shuttleworth of Landis, IN; his niece Amanda Cash of Indianapolis, IN; and his nephews, David Shuutlewoth of Landis, IN and Tyler Shuttleworth.
