She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O. Rouse and Crystal F. Rouse (Futrell); and her siblings, John Rouse and Jeanne Sutton. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Palmer; her sons, Gregory Palmer (Vivica), Kent Palmer (Phyllis) and Steven Palmer (Crystal); her siblings, Joseph Rouse (Mary), Stanley Rouse (Cheryl) and Gloria Carder; and her grandchildren, Corey Palmer, Caleb Palmer, Brian Palmer, Bradley Palmer, Benjamin Palmer, Jessica Caldwell, May Howard, Emily Palmer and Levi Palmer. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
