She is survived by: her significant other Doc Koselke; her children, Jamie Koselke (Mike) of Wanatah, Lauren Doms of Wanatah and Michael Levendouski of Portage; her grandchildren, Ian, Noah Doms, Kade, Gavin Koselke, Jacob, Jasmyn, Mackenzee, Spencer, Sydney and Sam; her siblings, Debra Kelley (Dave), Cindy Ciciora (Dale) and Teresa Mason (Dave); and her pets, Jack and Hank.
