It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert William Horst of Wanatah, Indiana, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Annette Velora Horst (Eagle); his parents, Margaret Horst (Doffin) and William Horst; his sisters, Patricia Horst and Wilma Reed (Horst); his siblings-in-law, Georgia Mae Tangeman (Eagle), Robert Reed and Maynard Tangeman (Bud); his nephew James Reed; his niece Carol Sawyer (Tangeman); his children, Michael Horst (Cindy), Velora Robinson, Lynn Horst, Mark Horst (Mary) and Lucie Whitlow; his grandchildren, Jennie Horst, Jason Robinson, Katherine Velora Webb (Tim), William Robinson, John Robinson Robinson (Mark Suraiya), Edward Horst (Abby), Bethany Fisher (Ryan), Paul Horst (Lily), Daniel Joseph Whitlow and Robert; and his foster brother John Zuberski. He was also cherished by his 11 great grandchildren, 10 nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews.
