He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Baum and Minnie Baum (Stolte); his daughter Brook Ann Mitchell; and his siblings, Mary, Vernon, Larry and Loretta.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Blaney; his sons, David Baum (Barbara) of Knox, Ron Baum of Wanatah, Jim Baum (Mariann) of Wanatah, Robert Baum (Beverly) of Knox, Mike Baum (Dawn) of Grovertown and Charles Baum (Rebecca) of Byesville; and his brother Harry Baum (Kay) of Missouri. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Wanatah.
