He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Lefkowitz and Faye Lefkowitz (Bernstein); his wife Karen Leeds (Ray); and his sister Maxine Elster (Sam). He is survived by: his son David Leeds (Jennifer) of Wanatah; his grandson Christopher Babjak (Katlynn); and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Lucas Babjak.
