We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2019, at the age of 78, John Thompson (Wanatah, Indiana), born in Michigan City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Niegos and Pauline Niegos (Cox); and his siblings, Benita Harvey (Thompson), David Thompson and Daniel Niegos.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Berry; his children, John Thompson Jr., Lori Ann Syed, Cheryl Detamore (David), Regina Hoffmann, Sparkle Oliver and Nevaeh Stambaugh; and his grandchildren, Carl Cayhill (Linda), David Detamore Jr., John Detamore, Crystal Robinson (Bruce), Justin Hoffmann and Ashley Ross (Charles).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family through the Newhard Funeral Home.
