She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Myers and Clara Myers (Neff). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas W. Chrisman; her children, Kelly Martinez (Joaquin) of Portage, IN, Thomas E. Chrisman of Englewood, FL and Pamela Stith (Bryan) of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Joaquin Thomas Martinez, Liam Stith, Brayden Stith and Keegan Stith; and her great grandchild Noah Thomas Martinez. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandson.

Memorial donations may be made in Carolyn's name to Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America.
