She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion "Frank" Hopkins and Mildred Delene Hopkins (Bolinger); and her siblings, Bob Hopkins, Ray Hopkins, Betty Evans (Flora), Joyce Cardwell (Moore) and Lucille Shepler.
She is survived by: her former husband James L. Surface; her children, Lisa Stafford (Bill), Teresa Wertz (Brad), Chris Surface (Heather) and Elizabeth Jernagan (Craig); her granddaughter Eliza Barkley (Jacob); her children, Ariel Barcus (Josh), Kesha Minns (Greg), Josh McBride, Chelsea Mey (Ryan), Brant Reef (Haley), Colin McBride, Erin, Wesley Surface, Ayden, Brionna and Lucee Jernagan; her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Christian Minns; her grandchildren, Beau, Matthew McBride, Alaira Reef and Cecilia Barcus; and her husband Jimmy'.
