She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Lipscomb; her grandson Kelson Winters; and her brothers, Bill, Bob and Guy Flesher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori (Michael Winters) and Lisa (Christian Robinson); and her granddaughter Gretchen (James Chauvaux).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions in Sally's memory may be directed to Trinity Episcopal Church's memorial fund.
