He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Banford and Cleda Mae Brown (Hatton); his siblings, Robert Brown and Juanita Watson; his siblings-in-law, Tom Watson and Connie Brown; his grandson Brian Thomas; and his son-in-law Rick Manus.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Elaine Carey of Walton; his children, Sally McAndrews (Keith), Lynn Brown, Julia Lowe (Jeff) and Gary Brown (Chris); his grandchildren, Brad Thomas, Chris McAndrews, Bradley McAndrews, Jeff Hardt, Michelle Dalton, Brandon Brown, Chris Manus, Jason Manus, Jeremy Lowe, Ben Brown and Samantha Wise; and his siblings, Charles Brown, Al Brown (Sandy), Margie Emery, Sue Mordenti (Bob) and Joanie Diaz (Joe). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Robert Ray Brown American Legion Post #418, 111 S. Depot St., Walton, IN 46994 Murray Weaver Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
