He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Mullens and Lillie Mullens (Rogers); his brothers, Mark and Al Mullens; and his half-brother Trulin Mullens.
He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Unger; his wife Becky Mullens of Walton; his children, Donald William (Dianne), Tina Marie Mullens of Galveston, IN and Craig Mullens (Amy) of Bringhurst, IN.; his grandchildren, Alex William, Samantha Kay, Chandler David, Colby Allan, Emma Grace, Jackson Philip, Jonathan Carter and Cade Andrew; and his siblings, Ronald Mullens of California and Janice Carey of Kentucky.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Onward Christian Church or the Walton Masonic Lodge in Don's memory.
